listen to Coach Cuonzo’s press conference from yesterday (in kidbourbon’s thread from this morning). Really good stuff. He said he was 100% prepared to redshirt Jarnell Stokes depending on how he came in, but that Stokes was hungry, physical, and a quick-learner, so he played. I’ve heard elsewhere that a lot of people close to Jarnell thought that he needed a redshirt year. Proven. Wrong.
You almost wonder if they’re trying. But they’re not, and the effort is there, I think. Just mental lapses and confusion. Were we away from Cuonzo that half?
